City Facilities Management (CFM) is a strategic outsourcing company that has seen the need for a ”ONE STOP SHOP” program for building maintenance services in Ghana.
CFM (GH) was incorporated in January 2010 and started full operation in the same year. As part of a strategic partnership to broaden and strengthen our position in the industry, we sought operational and logistic support from City Facilities Management (UK) Limited, a leading maintenance services company established since 1992 in the UK, and servicing prestigious clients in the heart of the city of London.
Since commencing business in 2010, our list of clients has been mixed, varied and dynamic, from multi-national corporations, shopping malls and hotels to individual landlords and tenants. City Facilities Management has nonetheless succeeded in impressing our various clients with our impeccable attention to detail, professionalism, expertise in a wide scope of maintenance solutions and above all our demonstration of exceptional customer service.
We are young forward-thinking organization that places utmost emphasis on Passion, People and Processes backed by latest industry technology to make us work smart, effective and efficient.
We embrace fresh ideas and pushing boundaries but also have great respect for conventional wisdom. City Facilities Management has achieved in several awards such as Best Cleaning Company for 2017 and 2018, The Business Executive Excellence Awards(2021), Most Respected CEOs Awards(2021), Africa Global Trade & Investment Award(2021) etc.
We are members of GHISEP and CCAG with strong and well experience team at all our various sites across the country. Our team are competent, skilled, cultural and professionals, and are equipped with specialized trainings such as ISSA training on Disinfection and SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19.
City Facilities Management has within 12 years of operations, made giant strides in leading the way in transforming the cleaning and maintenance industry in Ghana.
Today we work on large-scale cleaning contracts for customers such as Olam Ghana, MaxMart Supermarket branches, as well as high profile contracts such as Total Petroleum, Standard Charted Bank, ABSA Bank, Stanbic Banks, West Hills, Achimota Retail Center, Accra Mall, Takoradi Mall, Kumasi Mall, Marina Mall, Junction Mall, 25 Mall, Total Petroleum, and many more. Twelve years of success and we have only started.
